At 3P Wonders, we take pride in delivering high-quality saplings and stationery items with great care and attention. While all sales are considered final, we do make exceptions for items that arrive damaged. Please review our policy below for detailed information.
No Returns or Exchanges (Except for Damaged Items)
All purchases made through 3PWonders.com are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in the rare event that an item is received in a damaged condition. We kindly ask customers to review product descriptions and details thoroughly before completing their orders.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Please follow the steps below:
Inspection: Inspect your package upon delivery.
Notification Window: Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if any item is damaged.
Required Documentation: Email us at support@3pwonders.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product.
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the nature and availability of the product.
Conditions for Return/Exchange of Damaged Items
Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Only damaged products are eligible for return or exchange.
No Returns or Exchanges for Other Reasons
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or color selected
Customer handling or damage after delivery
As our saplings are living products and stationery items are carefully packed, we are unable to accept items back once they leave our facility, unless they arrive in a damaged state.
