Shipping & Processing Times

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. For saplings, packaging may take a bit longer to ensure proper care and protection.

• Delivery Timeline: After processing, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Order Confirmation: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Important Shipping Information

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During peak seasons or holidays, order dispatch and delivery may experience minor delays due to high demand or limited courier schedules. We appreciate your patience during these times.

• We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or select remote areas where courier services may not be available or may require extra time.

• If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we request you to refuse the package and contact us immediately at support@3pwonders.com. We will arrange a replacement if necessary.
